How does pricing work?

Once scope is clear, we give a written fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. No hourly surprises. If scope changes, we get your written approval first.

How are you different from large consultancies?

Strategy and delivery are in the same team. We do not write a report and leave; we turn the chosen use case into a working product ourselves. We work directly with the decision-maker.

When will I see results?

With Flora Pilot you see a working app within 4 weeks. ROI depends on the use case; we set the target metric with you up front and measure it during the pilot.

We already use AI. Can you still help?

Yes. We review current usage, measure its ROI, surface risks and governance gaps, and make it production-ready where needed.

Do you train our team?

Yes. With every delivery we run a short training and handover, so you can use and extend the app without us.

Is the first call binding?

Do I have to sign a long-term support agreement?
